The project for office building located in Block 43 in New Belgrade was done as a part of closed competition for a contemporary business building, held by a private client. With our architectural approach we tried not just only to fit into the existing surroundings context, where the office buildings dominate, but we also tried to give a new expression and manuscript with the unique architectural expression. The building has 15 283 m2 Net area, of which more than 8600 m2 belongs to a rentable office space. The structural glazing façade of the building gives a dynamic and playful note and at the same time a very reduced and elegant form that a modern business object requires.
This project is a joined venture of ASP Design founder and Meta Architects.
