Retail park project in Čačak, developed in collaboration with Mašinoprojekt AD.
This is a contemporary lifestyle retail complex with a total gross area of approximately 16,500 m², designed as an open-air shopping center that integrates retail, dining, and entertainment. The project was developed following the shell & core principle, providing flexible leasing units adaptable to a wide range of tenants.
The complex consists of four buildings organized around central pedestrian zones, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, clarity of movement, and the quality of public space. The retail park features a mix of local and international brands, as well as a cinema and supporting amenities, creating a new urban destination for the wider region.
